I have the sneaking suspicion that the US Supreme Court is actually afraid to touch these cases for fear that they may rule against the people's right to know, and through conservative support of the security first - liberty last philosophy, bring on an American version of tyranny so famous in dicatorships and communist countries where the press is the first institution to oppress in order to retain power. -- David R.
