GOD SPOKE TO BUSH
"God told me to strike at al Qaida and I struck them, and then he instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me I will act, and if not, the elections will come and I will have to focus on them."
From Haaretz and The Moscow times.
[Heli's Heaven and Hell Radio]
Editor's note: Many thanks to Heli's Heaven and Hell Radio for finding the Haaretz source for the article that appeared in the Moscow Times. In a previous log I indicated that I could not find the source. The quote is found at the very end of the article printed in Haaretz (at the link above). If there is any credibility issue, now, it is the question of how an Israeli newspaper obtained notes from meetings conducted between Abbas and faction leaders of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other Palestinian groups?
I am still a bit skeptical of the source, so I have emailed the author of the Haaretz article, Aaron Regular, asking for information on how these notes were obtained and his assessment as to their authenticity. If I receive a reply, I will post and update here.
